The Crushers are seeking college students, who are passionate about working in the sports industry to fill an athletic training internship for the 2010 summer term. This intern will work directly with the team&amp;rsquo;s athletic trainer and coaches to provide the best medical care possible for our players.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
&amp;bull; Assist with field/dugout set-up
&amp;bull; Assist with daily training room operations, including:
&amp;bull; Taping
&amp;bull; Injury database
&amp;bull; Rehabilitation exercises
&amp;bull; Therapeutic activities
&amp;bull; Stretching/conditioning players
Qualifications:
&amp;bull; Candidates must be reliable, detail oriented, able to problem solve, able to multi-task efficiently, have solid communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
&amp;bull; Candidates must be in an Athletic Training Program at a College or University
&amp;bull; Preferred third year student 
&amp;bull; The internship is for home games only, no travel required
Compensation:
