Description

·         Develop and implement a 12-month marketing plan

·         Implement a grass roots marketing strategy that utilizes all available resources

·         Develop strategy to increase revenue in areas such as online, single game ticket sales, special events, online team store, etc.

·         Collaborate with all departments to create consistent strategies to achieve their specific goals

·         Develop, market, and enhance theme nights throughout the season

·         Manage ad placement and design for print, web, radio, and tv outlets.

·         Assist with in-game entertainment, promotions, scoreboard graphics, etc

·         Develop working relationships with printers, vendors, media outlets

·         Manage assigned staff in graphic design, marketing, promotions

·         Flexible duties during games/events

Qualifications

·         Highly creative

·         Strong ability with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc

·         Video editing experience is a plus

·         Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Must be able to maintain flexible schedule

Description

·         Generate sales through cold calls, face to face meetings, and email correspondence with local businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals

·         Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals

·         Maintain accurate log of customers and activities

·         Staff ticket sales/promotional table at outside events

·         Work with sales staff, marketing staff, and management for new ideas to generate revenue

·         Flexible duties during games/events

Qualifications

·         Ability to pass sales training course

·         Must make 50 calls per day

·         Strong customer service skills

·         Strong organization skills.

·         Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Must be able to maintain flexible schedule
